What a neat idea, I found this from Simply Sprout. What toddler doesn't love water and bubbles with shiny sparkly things inside. Fun summer project. Cheap to make too...with whatever you have around the house in your craft bin. That's my kind of project. FREE. Will post pics when we try this one.
